How it works?
e-genie works as a genie for its registered users .
e-genie ties up with its target audience of Closed Groups like RWA’s and acts as
a facilitation Service provider. We have a tie up with Vendors in various streams
like Grocery , Baby care , Baby products, Cakes, Gifts,
Chocolates, etc catering to demands from each locality.
Our tie up with the Society would benefit in 2 ways -
1.We help in framing the digital platform for the society by marking their presence
on a website
2. We authorise the Residents to use e-genie privilege cards to avail Products
and Services at discounted rates. The privilege card can be used both for getting
products home delivered and during visit at our tied up Vendors especially Salons
and Restaurants.
If we can detail the Benefits:
1. The Residents and the committee shall feel connected on a digital platform for
all forms of communication
2. The committee can keep most of the information available on its website in a
downloadable format to avoid stacking in office
3. The circulars can reach the Residents via email communication to all its residents,
or the residents can check the website on a daily basis to stay updated.
4. E-genie shall distribute the privilege cards for its registered members to avail
a vast range of services through e-genie.
5. The Residents can home order for the services like Grocery, Medicines, Taxi,
Cakes, Plumbing, Electrician, RO service, Car Service , Car Wash, Drycleaning sofa
etc.
6. The Privilege card can also be used by the Resident at our associated Vendors
like Spa , Salon, Restaurants , Hospitals etc.
7. Apart from RWA members, Non Residents can also avail the benefits by becoming
members on e-genie.in
How can Non Residents Benefit?
The members residing outside a society can also avail similar benefits by registering
themselves with e-genie.
1. They can either go to www.e-genie.in and click on “Become a member”, fill in
the details and send it to us.
2. They can also simply call us on our Customer Care no. +91 8447 500 547, and our executives shall do the needful on their behalf.
E-genie team shall coordinate with the respective guest user and complete the formalities
of registering the Individual user. E-genie shall deliver the”Privilege card” to
the Guest User for them to start using the services at the earliest.
The timely schemes and daily offers shall also be communicated to the Non Residents
on regular intervals once registered with e-genie.
